Why We Do What We Do (make really great bread)

We do it because we love making real bread and believe that people should have a choice in Exeter of buying boring bread or coming to us for the real deal!

We do it because we want to employ people in Devon, and train them to have skills and a career in something unique.

We do it because we genuinely love getting up early. (Really? Really really!)

We do it because we love those moments when people walk into our bakery and smile when they smell freshly baked loaves.

We do it because we LOVE the community we're building around our cafe and bakery, and we love to see all the different sorts of dogs that people bring in.

We do it because we love our space here in Exeter, and having the room to let kids play and learn about good food is important to us.
