A Russian style rye sourdough named in honour of a famous battle at Borodino where Russian troops first defeated Napoleon! Strongly flavoured with ground coriander and topped with crushed seeds, this loaf is excellent with cured meats or strong cheese.
Ingredients: Dark and light rye flour, black treacle, ground coriander & seeds, water, salt
