Danish Rye Loaf

An unusual but wholesome 100% sourdough rye flour loaf that Emma discovered whilst visiting Stockholm (the Swedes call it a Danish loaf so we will too).

A porridge of seeds, cumin and cracked rye grains are soaked overnight before being added into this loaf making for a wonderfully nutty texture. Keeps for up to one week and goes with everything!

Ingredients: Dark and light rye flour, water, cracked rye grain, black treacle, sunflower seeds, linseeds, cumin, salt
