Yeasted white loaf dusted with flour in time honoured tradition. A crusty top and soft crumb. Made from the simplest of ingredients and, unlike mass produced bread, we do not use improvers, emulsifiers or fortifiers.
Light and fluffy and ready to wrap around your BLT. (Oops, you have ketchup on your chin.)
Ingredients: White wheat flour, water, fresh yeast, salt
