Produced entirely from milled English Organic wheat, Shipton Mill's 

Organic Soft Cake & Pastry Flour is one of our best selling flours for sweet bakes. It's important that only soft wheats are selected when making this flour, which the English climate lends itself to producing.

Cakes, sponges, batters, even shortcrust pastry, this flour can pull them all off. In fact, the only sweet bake it's not entirely suitable for is puff pastry.

Shipton Mill Organic White Soft Cake and Pastry Flour is not self-raising flour.
