Spelt is an increasingly popular heritage wheat variety with naturally lower gluten content that some may find easier to digest. Light in texture our spelt loaves are made with wholemeal flour and are also available mixed with sunflower seeds for extra nuttiness and vitamins

Ingredients: Wholemeal spelt flour, water, fresh yeast, salt (sunflower seeds optional)
